Emilio Mukira Gichigo is the alternate member to the Principal Secretary, State Department of Early Leaning and Basic Education, Ministry of Education.  He is the Head of Accounting Unit with over twenty (20) years’ experience in the Accounting profession.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce—Accounting (UON) CPA (K). He is a member of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
